We regret to inform all customers that on May 9th, a fire broke out near our warehouse, unfortunately affecting our warehouse and causing the loss of all inventory products. All equipment and machinery were also damaged in the incident.

Our warehouse relocation was completed on May 22, and new equipment and machinery have been purchased, installed, and fully set up. Products are now arriving and being stocked into inventory. Starting on the 25th, we’ll begin shipping orders in the order they were placed. It should take about 6–10 business days to catch up on the backlog.
