After receiving your order, we conduct rigorous Quality Control checks and tests in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment to meet your satisfaction. It normally takes 1-3 business days for us to process your order. Shipping time is estimated and starts from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Delivery may take longer than expected due to an invalid address, customs clearance, or other unforeseen factors.

Tracking information

Taxes

Order Cancellations

  • We can cancel your order if you contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
    If your payment has been completed but your package hasn’t shipped yet, you can still cancel your order.
    Once the cancellation is confirmed, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Once your order has been shipped, we’re unable to cancel it.
