Warranty and Returns

At Topicgirl, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our dedicated Quality Control and Assurance Teams carefully inspect every item before shipping to ensure the highest quality. While we guarantee the quality of our products, we kindly ask that you double-check your size before placing an order. Please refer to the size charts provided on each product page for guidance.

30-Day Return Policy

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Our team will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.

How to Reach Us 

We’re here to help! When you reach out, please include your order number, product name, and a short note about the issue or reason for return.
If the item is defective, incorrect, or not as described, a clear photo or short video will help us resolve it faster.

Our Solutions:

1. Topicgirl Responsibility

If the issue is caused by Topicgirl, such as sending the wrong item, wrong size, or a defective product, we will take full responsibility.

  • If you prefer to return the item, once we receive it, we’ll issue a full refund for the product price and its original shipping fee — or, if you prefer, we can resend a replacement at no extra cost.

  • If you’d like to keep the item and still receive a replacement, you’ll only need to cover the return shipping cost, and we’ll send you the correct or replacement item right away.

This policy applies only when Topicgirl is responsible for the error or product defect.

2. Customer’s Responsibility

Incorrect Order (Wrong Size or Item Ordered)
If the customer orders the wrong size or item, we accept returns or exchanges.

  • For exchanges: the customer is responsible for all shipping costs (both ways).
  • For refunds: the refund will cover the product price only, excluding shipping fees.

Unwanted Item

If the customer decides that they no longer want the item, they can report this to us within 3 days of receiving the product.

Didn't Receive Your Items?

  • If the tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check your mailbox, front door, or any other possible delivery location. If you are still unable to locate it, we recommend reporting the issue to your local post office or police station.

    Please note, Topicgirl is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you're still having trouble locating your package, feel free to contact us, and we'll assist you further.

    If you'd like, you can pay for the shipping cost, and we will send you a replacement package free of charge for the product.

  • If your package was undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, unclaimed status, or refusal, you will be responsible for both the original and return shipping costs, as well as any applicable duties, taxes, or customs charges. These charges will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

    In some cases, refused packages may be abandoned, and no refund will be issued.

    If you'd like to have a refused or undeliverable package reshipped, the new shipping costs will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Additional Notes About Warranty & Returns

  • All returns must be approved by our customer service team before sending the item back. Once approved, we’ll provide you with an RMA form — returns without this form will not be accepted.

  • Returned items must be in brand-new condition — unused, unwashed, unworn, with all original tags and packaging included.

  • If your return is approved for a refund, we’ll issue a refund for the original product cost once we receive the returned item.

  • Please note that discounted items are not eligible for return, unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm they meet our quality inspection standards, please allow 3–6 business days for us to process your request.

After that, your refund will be issued within the following timeframes:

  • PayPal: within 48 hours

  • Credit Card: within 3–7 business days

Please note that the refund process begins only after your returned items have passed inspection and been approved for refund.
