How long will my order take to arrive?

After receiving your order, we conduct rigorous Quality Control checks and tests in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment to meet your satisfaction. It normally takes 1-3 business days for us to process your order. However, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc.

The shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than the expected date due to an invalid address, the customs clearance procedures, or other causes.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time(depending on your location)

Shipping Methods

As part of our products are pre order items, so we only provide Standard Shipping to United States and other countries. Express Shipping and Next-Day Shipping are unavailable. If you want to get your order in 7-12 business days after placing orders, please only choose products marked with "In stock items" which can be found on description of the product page.

Tracking information

• You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.

• Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.

• If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.
